May. 3rd, 2005 01:34 amIf you were asked to come up with male-positive slogans what would you put forth?
Obviously male-positive and men’s issues, not anti-women, also if you know of any good images, logos or symbols that would fit in too – reason being a very silly superficial one, I have a bag covered in menstrual activism/feminist buttons, I want one for men’s issues too. Stupid I know but it’s my way of expressing my opinions.

It might be interesting to post some of the buttons you do have and see if male equivalents could be made, or if they spark ideas for male equivalents. The main activism buttons I'd expect would be related to father's rights.

Date: 2005-05-08 06:15 pm (UTC)In Canada, some men wore white ribbons as a symbol of their commitment to end violence. The white ribbon campaign was put forward in response to the murder of several engineering students at a Montreal University. The campaign never really caught on, but it's still around, so ribbons, pins and posters are out there.
Are there any men's issues in particular that interest you?
