Article about men's bodies

I'm doing an article on bodybuilding, exploring what society's view of the ideal male body is, and how that's changed in the last 20 years or so. Does anyone have any good reading recommendations for books/websites/articles pertaining to this topic? Any interviews/people I could speak with will also help.
